Learning More About Coffee in NYC
We are looking forward to participating in next week’s National Coffee Association’s Fall Education Conference. Park will be leading one of the cafe walking tours, Colleen and Caroline will be speaking on panels about roasting and running a business in NYC and Liam and Cheryl will be roasting some Honduras CoE coffee for a tasting.
Some great coffee folk from around the world will be there and speaking on topics such as ‘Harvesting and Processing at Origin’ and ‘Quality and Sustainability’.
For anyone interested in learning more about all aspects of the coffee industry, this is a great opportunity (and it is right in NYC). Check out the details here.
